into a river but did this just the same. Also, the cliffs at Action PArk, NJ which is now closed scared the sh—out of me literally.
How to jump off a cliff into water
It made me

How I did it: I didn't realize that this was something I wanted to do until I was faced with it-and terrified!!!!! I was white water rafting and they stop and let you jump off the rocks into rushing water! I had an opportunity last time I went on this trip and didn't even think about trying it. I always wished I had the courage to try it.
So we stopped and I thought "no way"....then I thought I wish I could do it. So I got in line. I didn't think about it long enough to talk myself out of it. Once it got to my turn, I walked to the edge and I did get nervous. One of the tour guides made me keep my eyes on him and then I just jumped!!!!!!!!! I was so nervous and shaking so much. But the feeling I got after.....!!!! The sense of accomplishment, so worth it! I tried it one more time just see if it would feel easier. It was a little.
If you are thinking about it-do it! don't think about. You only live once!

I live in an area where there are cliffs everywhere and a lot of my friends jump off (totally safe). Soooo some day I’d love to muster up the courage.
