How to go to Disneyworld"I went with my boyfriend for his birthday week and it was awesome"
How I did it: went online, booked a whole package, flew to Orlando, stayed at Baymont Inn and Suites, took buses and trolleys to the parks. We planned it really fast at the last minute so I don't know what else to say. Lessons & tips: take lots of cash ($1 bills and quarters) for the buses and trolleys; see everything you can; go on your birthday so you get in free; wear really good walking shoes (Z-coils if you can); don't order delivery pizza from a place you don't know; food and souvenirs are kindof expensive but you should get them anyway; take a camera and take lots of pictures Resources: http://tickets.disney.go.com/buy/TicketTrans |

How I did it: We used the Disney website to plan everything and make reservatioins. My family decided to buy Disney gift cards in whatever ammount we decided to put away for it every month. You can use the gift cards later to pay for ANYTHING Disney (including hotels!), so it kept us from spending the money elsewhere! Read how I did it…

and now I’m back.
It’s a lot of fun.
I would never be able to do this if my Grandma didn’t have a timeshare down here. I feel really lucky, blessed, because we certainly couldn’t afford it otherwise, much less afford it three times.
listenstolongview : maybe i'll just stay dead for a while...
I have always wanted to plan (and pay for) a vacation without any help from my parents (...ok, they helped out a little…) and I finally did it! Took a plane down with a couple friends…went to every single park in 3 days…and we probably didn’t sleep more than 10 hours the entire weekend!! One of the best times of my life!!

I haven’t been since I was in the 4th grade. So much has changed and it’s the happiest place on Earth! Who doesn’t want to go to the Happiest place on Earth? Come on!
I’ve been to Disneyland Paris twice, I went when I was at college as part of my course (Computer Science). I absolutely loved it, and I’m dying to go back.
But obviously, more than that, I’d LOVE to go to Disneyworld. It would just be ridiculously expensive right now though. Our flights would be at least £500 each and there’s just no way it’s possible.
Oh well… I can dream!
miyu_miyu wants to nap.
i went there when i was a kid. wasn’t that amazing for but still enjoyable. there were wayyy too many things to be done and there just wasnt enough time. :3
We have done all of he Disney parks to date. It is best to get a 2 or 3 day park pass.
2010. That’s the goal. Taking the kids on this dreamy vacation again will be great fun. Looking forward to it!
