    but I think I can finally move this off my list. I’ve been doing this almost every weekday for the past 3 months.

    Other than 2 excercises I did miss while I was sick last week, I’ve been keeping up with this. Mostly doing 30 min, occasionally doing only 15 when I was to sick to do more.

    I’m getting stronger, I can feel it. whoo!
