I used to be a singer, but then I had six kids and had to stay home. Then I led worship at my church, but have since left that church and am not singing anywhere anymore. Not even at home. It’s sad, really. I’d like to start singing again. It can be at home for a while, but I’m a firm believer in “use it or lose it” so I’d like to start singing publicly again. I don’t ever want to be THE worship leader again, but would love some minor role in leading worship.
Landseer err...yah...
I used to be a singer. I gave it up due to some
really bad circumstances. I’d like to sing again,
now that I’m out of the bad circumstances.
gypsiewriter thinks life is beautiful and appreciates the cheer-bombs as of late! :)
I’m going to give it another chance next week and the week after, in hopes that someone else figures what the word ‘secular’ means.
I sing all the time in my room, I just want to sing infront of an audiece again:(
I’ve started singing in my Uncle’s band, which is such a lot of fun. I want to get singing lessons as well, so I can be AMAZING!! next gig is christmas eve….
I havent sung since I was 17…it was all I used to do, then I moved areas and got into a load of other, less productive stuff. I miss it and I’m going to try and start doing it again…
kate_the_great is a rough gem
I sang to my dad the other night (and it was right after we had a big fight) and it almost made him cry because he hadn’t heard my sing in such a long time. I’ve been singing everywhere I go now. This weekend, I was standing at the busstop with a few of my freinds and we were singing Regina Spektor songs at the top of our lungs and I don’t even know or care if people were looking at us strangely because it just felt so damn good.
