celebrate my achievements

Despite a tough start to the year I still have a positive outlook. I passed all my subjects last semester which is a HUGE achievement considering how much time I missed. Simply getting through this without giving up is a huge task.

I worry if I don’t start thinking about getting into this goal it will stay on my list forever with no progress to speak of. So time to decide how to go about it.
So, for the time I plan to post every few days/once a week and celebrate my success with you all.
Today I helped my mother to clear out alot of junk from the shed. If only the tip was open we could have really got rid of it.

I often do things on the spur of the moment that most people think are amazing but to me just seems like a normal thing to do. I travel often and when I decide to do something I just get on with it. I see nothing fantastic in this but it’s about time I took stock of what I’ve achieved in my short life and appriciated it a little more.

In the last month I have been filming for the TV programme Scrapheap Challenge (or Junkyard Wars as it is in the US). I captained my team through to the semi-finals where we were only narrowly beaten. It was a great experience that I am very proud of!

you have to stop and give yourself a big pat on the back when you achieve a goal, I have trouble remembering to do this.
