My son is joining me 1 day ago

One of my three children decided that he wanted to do the 100 push up program with me. He started with an initial test result of 21 but I think he could have done more.

Much better 1 month ago

After not doing any exercise for a while, due to being sick, I just did 35 push-ups a while ago, and I feel amazing! Everyone ought to work out every day.

an effective method 1 month ago

do as many as you can in the morning when you get out of bed… then do as many as you can in the afternoon… do this everyday… you’ll see results… I’ve doubled the amount I can do consecutively (from 30 to 60) in less than 3 months. Good luck to all.

Will this work? 1 month ago

I’ve been doing 4 sets of 12 push-ups every other day. On Sunday I do as many as I can, and if it was more than the previous week, I increase each set by one repetition. I settled on this, as I know nothing about training my body. Does anyone have any suggestions to improve the workout? Should I do this twice a day every other day? Ideas?

I can’t believe I’m still at 50. I went from 30 to 50 in a little over 2 weeks… now, I’m just stuck at 50. Gotta step it up. Hopefully, i can reach this goal by the end of the year.
