I don’t want acne but for some reason it is hard for me to get into this habit.
I’ve noticed a big difference – why haven’t I been doing this my whole life? I didn’t do this when staying with relatives during the holidays and my complexion suffered. Of course, it also could have a lot to do with the chocolate truffles….

A week! Seven days! I have kept up with this diligently and hope that my hard work will continue in a prosperous fashion. Especially since the last few days were hard on me. I was so exhausted by the time I came home that even the floor looked like a delightful prospect for taking my nightly snooze.

Two nights in a row. I’m going to go ahead and give myself a pat on the back for that one. I’d been completely ignoring this goal in favor of the other goals I have. Now I need to make sure I keep up with it so those two nights (the first time in many, many months) don’t go to waste. I’m so horrid about falling asleep with my makeup on. Feels better to wakeup to clean, clear and glowing skin.
I’m hoping to make it a week.

I barely washed my face at all before, and for the past 2 months I’ve been washing my face ALMOST every night before bed. there will be like once a week where I’ll be too tired to do so. But this goal has just about been met, but I am a perfectionist! It must be done every day/Night. but I do see major Improvements in my skin and confidence.
