some days im better than others at handling stress. certain things trigger it though, like bad people and a wrong move. Im tyring hard to self improve to make my life better and also to make my relationship better.

I go into like, lock down mode when I’m stressed. Everything not completely necessary (and not completely stressing me out) is forgotten and then I focus on all of this bad stuff bombarding me. It’s a vicious cycle.

well unfortunately my stress resolve has been tested to limit at the moment, I think im drinking more herbal teas than the rest of the world put together!And my family are gona be hit with a wtaer bill as the number of baths im taking has doubled!Just have so much college work to do, and i know i’m working too many hours really, but if I don’t work know, I simply can’t earn enough money for when I go to university. Plus my family are bit shaky, and then I forgot my parents anniversary. STRESS!
