How I did it: i learned healthy cooking... i did not eat sugar... (that was "not" easy) i started to make much more houseworks, they are helping to burn calories (yes, really they are)

I really need to start changing and feeling good about myself. I want a great body, but its going to take a long time to get there…I really need motivation to do this. It’s going to take a while and it’s not going to be easy, but I need to do this for me.
so i did purchase the videos and did the arm exercises yesterday,apart from 30 min walking,200 situps and 100 squats….
i messed up on diet:
3 granola bars and piece of cheese bread at friends house
from today i will be perfect on my diet!!!!
and am about to go for a nice long walk!
started walking again today: morning 25 min
about to go for another walk tonight 40-45 min….
plus did 200 situps and 100 squats
really gonna work hard on this the next 8 weeks!
and after that!
but my goal is to first lose all the wight i want by sept 30,
30 lbs!
im eating healthy,walking every day and doing daily sit ups and squats…..
also just started checking out exercise clips on youtube for arms,shoulders,chest,back,legs and butt…..
NO PAIN,NO GAIN!

Since I’m a little girl I’m overweight.
I hate looking like This.
I can’t find nice clothes or a cute boyfriend.
I’m very uncomfortable in my own skin.
I can’t just go at the beach and take my clothes off.

I know that can only come true if I accept myself but I don’t want to.

I think a “great body” means a lot of things, so I can get behind that! You an be any shape as long as it’s great! haha.
Well, I want a fit body. My body ( and all it’s weird lumps and curves) but in great shape. That means more muscle, less fat, more energy, clear skin, shiny hair, white teeth, feeling confident, the whole bit.
I bought some pilates dvds for when I can’t afford or feel like goign to the gym. I knew someone that gained GREAT posture and a powerful body doing this, and she also lost a lot of weight.
I’ve also considered doing the Master Cleanse. I guess that really flushes you out too. And then eatinv raw for a while, then just real healthy and tasty. No more bags and boxes! This corrosponds with my desore to learn how to cool as well.
