I would really like to spend more time with my brother. But he is always so busy. Even if he wasn’t, he wouldn’t want to spend time with me anyways. He would have better things to do. =/

I think I may have cosmically triggered something with last week’s entry because between then and now, my brother has A) confronted my dad and told him he wants to move to Brisbane for a while, B) gotten picked up from Brisbane airport by me at 6am (on Tuesday… it wasn’t fun and was fun all at the same time).
I KNOW, RIGHT. This is him on my couch at around 8am Tuesday. I called in sick (what… I did have a toothache, I swear) and we spent the day… well, we spent it watching Scrubs S3, but it was hanging out nonetheless. And he’s moving in down the coast with my little sister so I have a feeling I’ll be all good for this goal in a few months’ time.
So great!

I was over in Perth for Christmas and it was really good fun just hanging out for a week with both Duds and Fatboy, though I’m not going to cross this off the list just yet. One week a year isn’t enough hanging out.

My brother turned 18 in January. He lives over the other side of the country with my dad. I get to see him two, maybe three times a year at the most. I’ve missed being a part of his teenage life for the most part and I really want to get to know him as a person. He seems like a cool guy.
