i have have a Mariah fan for a long time. She has changed me many ways as a person. My grades have gotten better, my faith in religion got stronger, and i now have dreams of become a singer just like her. I havent listened to any other singer on my ipod in 4 months. I Cry everytime i hear some of her songs and my biggest wish in the world is getting the chance to meet her.

I saw Mariah in concert on Oct 4th in San Diego. We had front row seats & I had a poster saying “all the way from Sydney to see MC”. Mariah saw my poster and waved, smiled, winked at me sooo many times. She also asked the audience to give me a round of applause for coming all that way. Even though I didn’t meet her, it was definitely a happy moment for me being acknowledged by such a brilliant woman.

I am so excited!...I have front row tickets to see MC in San Diego October! I am flying all the way from Sydney Australia to see her perform, along with my best friend who is also a huge fan. I am planning on wearing a tshirt or making a sign that says “I came all the way from Sydney to see MC”, and i’m hoping she notices it & invites me up on stage! :) I’m dreaming but anything is possible!

I have always loved Mariah Carey. Well thing is, she brought out her first album when I was 1!! So I had to catch up but now I absolutely adore her! She brought out Rainbow album on my birthday :). She has an incredible talent (“You’re Mum gave you” “Why would you bring up my Mom” <- Glitter quote), she has a beautiful voice and unlike other singers today she writes the majority of her songs (Only a couple “I’ll Be There” for example are covers). She has definately got something about her which sends shivers down my spine (Listen to Vanishing : From Mariah Carey (debut album)). She is said to be starring in a new film called ‘Tennessee’ which I am dying to see because she CAN act. Glitter is not a bad film by any means! The Emancipation of Mimi was the biggest selling album of last year and is 6 Times PLATINUM!! Go Mimi!!! (P.s she is gorjus!)

I’ve been a huge fan of Mariah Carey since her first album back in 1990. I love her amazing 5-octave voice. Not only is she a great singer, she is also a marvelous song-writer. She writes her own songs as good as she sings them. I dream of meeting her in person.
