I’ve been cracking my neck and back for about 10-15 years,. Now my neck hurts almost all the time. The pops have gotten louder and my shoulder makes a grinding noise with many movements.
There are lots of things to help, including physcial therapy, but none of them will work until I learn to stop habitually cracking my neck and back, let me know if anyone has succeeded doing this?
