make silly bets with silly consequences

That’s fun!
I bet with a friend : who will slap a man first (this man was our friend) . I won !!!!

We had to ask a stranger to be photographed with us, I won, the stranger was surprised , and talked with me . I still have this picture.
Because she loose, my friend had to stand on the playground, in one leg, holding a placard with “stupid” written on it!! Was fun! 4 years ago

Me and V. went in different lines at the store to see who would get through first.

So I announced it out loud so everyone could hear, and the checkers started speeding up their lines. My friend really wanted to win. While in her line she started chatting up the checker in my line, asking her about her husband and other miscellany…my checker did not miss a beat; she scanned my items while talking. I told V. that she was cheating and she yelled out loud “Is that cheating?”...well everyone in the vicinity had an opinion…my checker thought it WAS cheating. Well….when my friend V. realized she was losing, she resorted to bullying…the lady in front of her had a lot of items and was socializing a little with the checker…V. says really loud “We’re having a race!!!! Can’t this go any faster???”....well…needless to say…I WON! My whole line (including my lovely, beautiful checker) cheered. What a happy moment. 5 years ago

Here are some examples:

1. We raced to see whose elevator would make it to the 11th floor first. The loser had buy the winner ice-cream.
2. We saw how many oreos we could balance on our heads. The loser had to be blindfolded and guided by the winner for a mile walk through main streets in Whittier, CA.
3. We had a pee race (that’s pretty bad, but we did it). The prize was just the thrill of victory.
4. We bet on people getting hired/fired, etc. at work (that’s mean, but we do it)
5. We bet on whether the car in front of us will go right or go left…stuff that’s just a matter of chance….
6. We get in different lines at the store and bet to see who will check out first.
7. We challenge each other to get people around us to do things or say things…it takes creativity to accomplish. 5 years ago
