Man, this is the first thing I’ll do after the “own my own place” goal. Literally. Before I even go food shopping. I’d much rather have a kitty than actual sustenance.

How I did it: I went with my boyfriend down to the local Animal Services and picked her out! She only cost $40 and she already had all of her shots and tests. It was a very smooth process. Lessons & tips: If you can, definitely go through an animal shelter or something similar, because it will save you a lot of trouble and money if your cat already has its shots. How I did it: A lady at my work adopted a stray that was pregnant and had to get rid of four kittens. Two of them were black, so I asked for the girl black kitty. Turns out Cupcake von Kittystrudel is a boy, though, but that's not a problem. She dropped him off at about eight weeks and my mum helped me get a litter tray and some food set up, and he settled in and started purring almost straight away. Totally awesome. Read how I did it…

How I did it: My mom and I decide to get a kitty in the summer. First I went to the library and got some information about cats because we didn't know much about them. Then one day we bought things for cat, example food and toys. And then came the day when we get the kitty. In the evening we went to the breeder's house. There were lots of cats, mostly old cats. ;ater on I will download a picture of him…hes great,,,,actually I saved him…he was all alone out on the street but now hes mine…he was just a puppy then…but now hes getting big…turning into an adult we go walk outside everymorning….I feel great doing that with him…hes really fun, & playful…

I found a shelter in the southern suburbs of Chicago, and went and adopted a gorgeous little black kitten. I named him Casper. He is wonderful to have around. After a month with him, I think he’s the coolest cat! He’s very friendly, loves to purr, and even likes to perch himself on my shoulder!!! He’s definitely a climber.

...See…The prob is that I ’’did’’ had a baby kitten…so cute…but my parents dont want it around…& trust me Im gettng another one….My dad handed it over adoption…it made me so sad…cause it was the sweetes flufiest thing around my little circle of love…mmm…But I will never get over my ’’kee-ra’’.....
