I went to my first pub crawl in Boulder. It was the 28th annual Big Wheel Rally and it was a blast. My friends and I dressed up as a Space Cowboy, The Gangsta of Love, and Maurice inspired from Steve Miller Band’s song “The Joker” I rode a Green Machine which was amazing and we had races, went to different bars and did powerslides on the pearl street mall all night. Definitely worth it =)

CropTillDawn~ Fragile? Must be Italian!
is rained a whole lot, I drank Cape Cods & Cosmo Martinis and somehow managed to get back on the ship before it sailed away. I have a neat pic of a bar tender that looks like Hemingway somewhere.
My little sticker on my top reads “The Liver is Evil it Must be Punished!” we have the t-shirts too.
We went in June and pulled into Miami just as a storm was on our tail. We normally go to the Caribbean in Aug for our anniversary but for some reason we did not, which was a VERY good thing because that was when hurricane Katrina hit. We got married the same weekend of Hurricane Andrew 1992. When we landed in Paris we heard what had happened.
So fun! If only we had time to do the Irish music pub crawl too…
These used to be the best. On the Thursday of the Calgary Stampede (July), social clubs would organize co-workers to stumble between the nicest and the diciest bars in downtown. So much fun. So many great memories. Everyone looked after their friends, so no big problems. Absolutely fantastic! Too bad lawsuits and such have made these corporate events a thing of the past. Now it is the bar owners organizing bus tours of drunk, barely-legal kids. Not quite the same, but still fun, I’m sure.
