spend more time with mom

My mom is so unique, so special, so insane. I love hanging out with her but it takes so much energy not to get upset when she’s so negative/pessimistic/critical about everything around her. She also is really impatient and has terrible anxiety about everything.
I want to stop wasting my time that I could be spending with her because I know they are invaluable moments, for better or for worse.

Went to Hammonasset State Park today with her and I’m writing from her computer.

Today my sister, my mom, and I will go out working on wedding stuff. I am looking forward to spending the time with them!

i love the woman but damn. she’s a handful. guess it runs in the family.

Yesterday, my sister and I went with my mom to shop for my sister’s wedding dress. It was really nice to hang out with the two of them!

I would like to have my mom over to the house for dinner at least once a month this year. Also, I would like to do one thing each month, just me and her.

Mom’s at work every other day now, but since i’ve been on the computer less the last few days, i’ve been spending more time with her and also spending time doing things i like to do, like burning candles and incense and making a macrame belt. I love spending the time with Mom. It’s very much worth it!

have enormous guilts for not being around mom. she is the funniest person, most giving, and she wants me close, but i’m a globe away. the summer visits are great, but also reminds of what’s missing.

be glad and appreciative y’all who are near your everybody!

i love her, she rocks, and we live in the same town. neither of us drive, we’re both really stubborn, and it’s probably best.
