Tigerman is an INFP, ISTJ, ISFP, ENTP... depending on the day of testing
You wouldn’t believe the kinds of things you can get roped into.. I’m lucky I didn’t have to be the caterer as well. I even had to stand in for the best man at one point… and I should have done the music, it was a technical disaster (painful feedback and other loud noises on and off).

I was in my college roommate’s wedding. Then when I got married, I also asked my college roommate and college suitemates to be in my wedding, with my sister being the maid-of-honor. One of my college suitemates is getting married in September and she’s asking the same crowd to be in her wedding; so off I will go, at that time, to be in her wedding.
Besides those two, I was matron-of-honor in my sister’s wedding,
I’ve played the music for a wedding, too. Does that count?

my invitation to the rehearsal dinner yesterday. Kind of funny, since he’s my brother, I’m IN the wedding, and of course I’ll be there. But it’s a nice formality. The invite was pretty, I suppose, guess my mom did them, cuz no way my bro had anything to do with “pretty”.... ha!

I said not worth it, not because I would want to be the bride, but because weddings are generally not the most exciting parties in the world, and I have been to quite a few.
Some weddings stand out:
- My own wedding, for obvious reasons.
- The one in which I was best man, but was not allowed to give a speach, probably because I had joked too much about what I was going to say. I also remember having to dance a waltz with the bride just after the groom had, in front of everybody forming a circle. Luckily nobody watches you when the bride is near.
- The one I went to when I was single. I found out that girls are very keen when their siblings get married. I was also involved in a reenactment of a Monty Python thing that nobody got.
- The one where there was too much booze and the father of the bride started singing a song late at night. The lyrics would translate into something like “I want a divorce, I’ve had enough of you”.
- The one where the couple was wed by the prime minister at the time. My wife danced with him during the reception. Probably the only time she will dance with a prime minister.
- The one where the bride was 30 minutes late for the ceremony.

...I have no idea what this is going to entail, but I feel as if I should prepare myself. I hope there’s no bubble-gum pink or fluffy ruffles involved. That’s all I’m saying.

So, my brother’s fiance wants to set a date really soon, and she wants the date to BE really soon, so I think my brother’s getting married in December. Yeah. I will have-literally-just gotten back from Oxford. Still not sure if she wants me in the wedding or not…
