start cross stitching again

I’m glad I started again, it’s very relaxing and it’s nice to create something!

Can’t believe how much I forgot when I started up again this week. Especially the fact that the thread comes in strands of 6, but you only need 2 to work with. But it’s been fun and very relaxing, even if it is reminding me of how horrible my eye sight is.

I managed to come out of my huge stitching slump and I’ve been working on Mirabilia’s Madonna of the Garden. Wonderful project, wonderful feeling!!!

I haven’t been stitching since June, when my life became a mess. Things got sorted out finally, but I still haven’t gone back to my favorite hobby.

There are so many projects waititng in my drawers, I’d especially want to start stitching on Sarah Wu’s Dawn Awakening soon… I love draggies and this one is so beautiful!

Perhaps when I get home (I am afraid I sound like a broken record here), I’ll take it up again.

I was watching a movie and made some progress on a project I hadn’t worked on for some time.
