well.. drinking more water. Trying to eat better, but I have no appetite. I am on quite a few medications due to my Fibromyalgia and I wonder if one of them is killing my appetite. I just look or think of food and go “yuck” Sometimes I even get nauseated. Yes, I know you are thinking if I dont eat then I should not have a problem with weight. Unfortunately I have a very FEMALE body and when I dont eat much, everything gets stored at FAT! On top of that … my body was validated because I went through my pregnancy with my son with an extremely infected gallbladder.. that the military docs failed to diagnose. I was puking 8-9 times a day the entire pregnancy until I spiked a high fever and had an emergency c-sec at 26 weeks due to corioamnitis.(sp?) then an emergency Lap Chole(laproscopic gall bladder removal) 5 days later when I collapsed because the military would not let them take the gallbladder out while I was opened up for the c-sec. I lost 20 lbs while I was pregnant. My body took everything for the baby. I got preg at 150.. gave birth at 150 and when they weighed me before the gallbladder came out I was 130. Unfortunately now I have Fibro from the experience and I am not as active as I used to be and my body stores EVERYTHING as fat now. ACK!!!!! slowly.. I will conquer this… just gotta eat healthy, and get myself moving!
