I am determined to reach this goal! But going to the gym is ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh so easy not to do! I went tonight, and I am making myself go 3 times a week. I need to just go and do my routine and not stress about it.
I had a surprising moment today. I sat down at the arm curl and put on my usual weight, and it was too light. I mean too light. I looked at my progress sheet and thought I read something wrong. 17.5 lbs on the equipment. 17.5 lbs on the sheet. One curl was like picking up a small book and took no effort at all. I increased from 17.5 to 25 lbs. The only drawback is after adding that extra weight, I was back to exerting effort and willing myself to get through this workout.
But I will get through this! I am making progress!
This goal is tied to another one – becoming more trustworthy. I needed to do what I said I was going to do. I said I was going to go to the gym faithfully. I said I was going to loose 20 lbs. I am going to do what I say I’m going to do even if I’ve only said it to myself!

I have been overweight forever it seems like, but really I’m being hard on myself. I want to be able to walk up several flights of stairs and not be winded. I want to have energy left over! If I lost 20 lbs, I would be normal large person. Mostly my plan is to cut out as much sugar as I can and go to the gym. When I go to Starbuck’s I now ask them to – hold the sugar. I lost 30 lbs already, so this last 20 lbs has just GOT TO GO!!!!

I have lost more weight. I have not really been much of a diet. I have just been running. I have to incorporate more weight training into my exercise routine and I know I will loose more.

I just got done weighing myself. I gained 2 lbs. My workout routine has been running every other day. I am going to step it up a notch and incorporate Jillian’s shred 30 day workout. I’m going to start doing that today. When I get back from PA, I will start crosstraining with bike or stair stepper and try to get involved in some classes.

Lost more weight. I believe I definitely have lost more weight since I had August. I would like to loose 9 more pounds. I am not sure this is going to happen before baby #3.

This is my weight now… I have lost a little after the baby. I would ultimately like to be in the 140s. I would rather loose a couple of sizes in the waist than the actual 20lbs but it’s basically the same thing. If I loose weight, I believe the inches will come off. I don’t know if I can achieve this before getting pregnant. Ultimately this is the weight I would like to be at after I have my third baby.

Yes.. I have to join the Y. I have to start exercising every day. I am going to join tomorrow. I want to start doing the eliptical trainer along with a few classes.

Current Weight is 173 lbs. I’m just tire of being out of shape.
