By the end of Spring Break, I was down to 115 from a high of 124. Still thinking hard about this goal, but with a broken leg, there’s not much I can do.

Loose 20 lbs & feel healthier.  — 6 months ago

Loosing 20 lbs would get me at the weight of 120. This stupid medicine has made me gain crazy weight. I’m 5’5”. So I wouldn’t be underweight. I also want to get this way by running everyday, (I will set my clothes out the night before & go running around the park/levy before my husband leaves for work) & doing 200 sit-ups & doing 200 lunges w/ weights. Cuz it’s my legs & butt are my heavy parts. I’ll be drinking only h20 & only diet sodas & I’ll stop eating after 6:00 at night. I’ll eat breakfast everyday by 7:00. (I’ll have a 12 to 13 hour fast everyday too). I’ll eat only 1000 to 1200 calories a day. I’ll use my stationary bike when I’m playing a video game & watching tv. I’ll have my hubby bring in the weight bench too.

I deperately need to shed some of the holliday weight I put on over the course of 1 week of nonostop eating. Although, I didn’t gain that much, I still need to be in shape also. You see, one of my new years revolutions was to loose 20 lbs.
