I just got done weighing myself. I gained 2 lbs. My workout routine has been running every other day. I am going to step it up a notch and incorporate Jillian’s shred 30 day workout. I’m going to start doing that today. When I get back from PA, I will start crosstraining with bike or stair stepper and try to get involved in some classes.

Lost more weight. I believe I definitely have lost more weight since I had August. I would like to loose 9 more pounds. I am not sure this is going to happen before baby #3.

This is my weight now… I have lost a little after the baby. I would ultimately like to be in the 140s. I would rather loose a couple of sizes in the waist than the actual 20lbs but it’s basically the same thing. If I loose weight, I believe the inches will come off. I don’t know if I can achieve this before getting pregnant. Ultimately this is the weight I would like to be at after I have my third baby.

I feel so gross…. today. I tried on some outfits for easter… Ok, it wasn’t that bad. It’s hard to find something that I feel good in and the outfit also looks good. I feel Blah.. My eating is so bad. I took my mother to lunch at a Pizza Place. I didn’t want to eat the food…. but it was close and I didn’t want to make it a big deal. Then I had a candy bar on my way home!!! When I got home, what do we have? Pizza. I had bought a Kashi bean pizza last week for a quick easy meal. It sounded good at the time but now I feel really sick with myself. I have to step up my workout next week!! And eat better!!

I am really going to start eating right… all my chocolate is gone :) Seriously, I am going to try to eat better and incorporate more exercise into my weekly routine. If I crave chocolate, I will have a JELLO ban. split, apple, or an orange.
I want to go to at least 1 yoga class this week, continue with the running, and get out the wii fit.

It seems like I am sending out the wrong vibes. Sunday my father-in-law drops over Krispy Kreme doughtnuts and today a friend dropped of chocolate bark crackers : )
I have to do better. I have to have major will-power. The chocolate bark is almost gone. I have to promise myself that I wont take another piece. I have to think about having a healthy heart for my family.
