happy holidays evryone,
So i have so far kept up to my goal- but it seems tha tI am not too good at recording it so hopefully I will do better this coming week. i haven’t done my crunches for today yet but they are soon to come. The 200 is getting easier to do but the last 20 are still a chalenge. So on the countdown
I have to do 8400 until it becomes a habit and so far I have done
2000/8400 are completed if I can do the math correctly.

I take an aerobics class at school in gym and its tons of fun but today we did crunches- in a circuit so that meant tons- this doesn’t bother me but it didn’t stick to my plan. So just after running I did my 200 as per the plan and I am very rpoud of myself because it was tempting to just go and finish studying or go to bed.
so now for the countdown(not counting aerobics situps)
600/8400 are completed
Only 7800 more till it becomes a habit!!!

Nothing comes easily especially building muscle, but today is my second day of my plan so in total so far i have done 400 crunches. Apparently it takes 6 weeks to make something a habit though so I guess i’m only a little way across that bridge but I know I can do it.
400/8400 crunches done(8400 crunches until it becomes a habit) Yes only 8000 to go till its a habit- ok so that doesn't at all seem daunting.The picture below hopefully will remind me to keep going and cross the bridge to making this dream a reality.

So I’m a dancer and evrything in dance surprisingly does not come from your feet but your heart and your stomach! In order to do better at dance i have set a goal to do 200 crunches a day from now until my birthday! However i do realize that somedays there is not enough time or im sick so i will allow myself 10 grace days. So look for an entry evryday!
For the first week from December 18-25 my plan is:
20 straight
20 pulses
20 left
20 right
20 pulses
20 with legs at 90
30 with legs going out and in from 90
10 with right arm extending up and back
20 pulses
10 with left arm extending out and back
10 straight cruches
Well off I go in search of water and a good song :)
Ok so maybe not abs like the super hero that might be a bit much !
This is a goal that I really want to do. However I must say shame on me because I haven’t been sticking to it lately. Me being sick is part of the reason, but I hope to get back on track soon.
So far I’m so proud of myself for making myself stick to this goal, I just can’t wait to see the results of my work. I’m so excited. Good for me!
This is something that I’ve been doing for the past two weeks. I just hope that I continue to do it for the rest of the year. That way I will get the results that I want. So 200 crunches a day is what I’m going to do.
i usually do 100, but i decided i wanted results faster, and i haven’t forgotten yet! so consider it accomplished!
