listen more and speak less

Now how do I go about listening more and speaking less at work???

she says she’s tired of listening to everyone else’s problems repeatedly. correctly, she’s tired of listening to their same problems that they dont want to seem to fix. she’s all listened out and has passed the listening ears onto me. i’m not sure if they suit me well. but i think i do provide a venting outlet for her, as she does for me. we like to vent over chinese. in any case, let us see how well these listening ears become me, shall we?
