After much trial and error, I think I’ve found the right combination of treatments for my skin. I use antibacterial Cetaphil in the morning and St. Ive’s exfoliating scrub for oily skin before bed. Occasionally I use white vinegar as a toner. I’ve also been drinking more water, taking a multi-vitamin and limiting my dairy intake.
So far, the clogged pores and inflamed red bumps on my cheeks are fading and I’m not breaking out more. I’m still not completely blemish free, but it’s getting better!

Go see a dermatologist. He should know what you need, and his recommendations are working for me.

I want to visit a dermatologist, because I don’t have time to try all the different products out there and then be dissapoined. It’s weird that nobody just goes to derma right away>>has anyone have any experience with dermatologist, has it lelped? Please, let me know.

I’ve been starting to drink more water and be more healthy. When you eat better foods and drink a lot of water, it helps a TON with my acne. If I drink a glass of water before I go to bed, my face isn’t all oily when I wake up.
I’m also using Neotrogena face products. They seem to work fairly good. My acne isn’t as bad as it was, but I still need to work on it.

sudocrem…im not joking i have tried everything antibiotics creams routines salt water the pill-Dianette(which didnt start working for ages and made me gain weight and wasnt great) speding fortunes i was about to try laser but they suggested this £60 tiny bottle of cream which burnt my face off first so i tried sudocrem to heal it but then i realised that my spots started to clear up too…i read on the tub that it is actually used for acne…well it worked for me but then everyones different what works for other people might not work for you. but try drinking lots of water and green tea and white teas are good and wash your face with gentle makes like simple or justwith water and put a thin layer of sudocrem on…BE PATIENT AND STOP TOUCHING IT…all you need to do is find out what works for you and stick to it ialso suggest primrose oil.GOOD LUCK.x
