lots of hugs…. :)
How I did it: I sat down by the computer and just started to write. I looked back at memories and wrote things that I thought had most connection with it. For example my grandfather. I wrote that the smell of cigarettes from clothes makes me happy, because it reminds me of him. I wrote that a friend of mine has a laughter that makes me happy.
Lessons & tips: Think back of things that makes you happy. I always went with memories that still today makes me happy. And from that I relate something to it. Maybe you love to play soccer and the best way you remember that is the sound of balls being kicked. Or the feeling when you run with the ball in front of you, coming closer to the goal and score. I don't really know, but that's the way I made my list complete.

theycallmebob is listening to music
To do this isn’t the easiest thing for me. I don’t want to write down everything that pops up in my head. I think and reflect things, to really make sure that it’s making me happy. Because I don’t want to lie for myself, thinking it’s making me happy when it’s not. I’ll stay true to myself.
How do you do it?
