I was drinking at least 2 cups of coffee a day so that meant at least four teaspoons of sugar have been emilinated from my diet per day. This is a great start but I need to do more. I had weetbix for breaky yesterday and had no sugar on them. That was another couple of tablespoons that are not in my system. I guess it is a matter of changing my taste buds. I am proud of myself! Go me!!!

I NEED to eliminate sugar from my diet. I had some fudge yesterday and I could tell within half an hour that my body couldn’t cope. That was a learning curve. Although it didn’t sink in as I allowed my body to go into sugar shock again today.
I went to a primary school gala today. It really got me thinking though about children and when my time will come. I need to get myself healthy -spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically before I can even contemplate children.Giving up sugar will really help! I dont know yet whether that inspires me or scares me??? Hmmmm lots to think about but exciting none the less.

I am impressed by willpower. I try but too often I cave. A wise person once told me that a lack of will power is a lack of trust for yourself! I guess that it is true. I need to work on trusting myself. I DO know what I need.

I am on holiday in Australia and my Mum drinks copius amounts of coffee. I love coffee to so I have been drinking quite a few. Hmmm a) the coffee itself is not good b) the milk gives me a bloated tummy (I should drink rice milk but I dont due to cost! I have to read my head I think) and c) I take 2 sugars per cup. If I am drinking 10 coffees a day (which wouldn’t surprise me) then that is 20+ teaspoons of sugar!!!! OMG!!!! Now this doesn’t include the fact that it was my baby brother;s first birthday this weekend been so I have been drinking fizzy drink, eating cake, chips, lollies etc!!!!
OK. I NEED to make changes. Now!
