Haven’t done this in a while. I do tend to feel pretty darn good after a hard workout. One problem is that it’s hard not to listen to loud loud music while doing it. Sometimes afterwards, my ears will ring for the rest of the day.
How to work out 6 days a week
How I did it: i love beng fit and i have football season in 10 months so im trying to dominate this year so i lift once a day 3 days on and 1 day off then 3 days i ate carbs and protein with every meal prolly about 25 grams of each. and i can feel myslef getting stronger each and every day.
Lessons & tips: start off slow dont kill yourself the first day because
if you do your not going to wanna do it the next day after about a week start pushing it to the limit and make sure you have good form in every lift u do
Resources: squat rack and weigts.

It’s a little akward since I started in the middle of the week, but I’m okay with that. The plan is to work on abs Tue, Fri, & Sun. and do cardio and my arms on Mon, Wed, & Sat. Thurs will be my break day. So far so good.
Playing soccer allows me to do this easily. I think that people should try this to see if this is right for them. If its not fun or its painful then don’t do it, or find something that suits you. I suggest doing this if you are someone who is into fitness!
I’m starting back today. I was horrible in March. I need to be very disciplined, starting now. I feel out of shape, and that drives me crazy.
I haven’t been doing crunches and the Bowflex, but I have been racking up miles since Thursday. I plan on adding the other two back on Thursday.
OK, working overtime and my sister in town are my excuses. I’m getting back on track today. I did have two good days last week.
I only went to the walking trail twice this week. Starting Thursday, I will be working out 6 days in a row with no excuses.
I’ve used school as an excuse to be lazy, and I need to get back on track. Starting Thursday, no excuses.
I used the snowy weather as an excuse, and was lazy for 4 straight days, even though I had no school either.
I got back on track on the Bowflex on Friday, and worked out 3 days straight.
