Progress thus far.

It’s been about one month since I seriously started working out. I’ve reached about 160 pushups and 130 ab crunchs daily during a short 30 minute exercise routine. I ‘ve also ridden my bike about 3 days a week for just under a hour at a time. I’ve lost around ten pounds and have noticed some muscle tone coming into place. I’m down to 165 lbs and have 10 more to go before I reach my lean 155 lbs I was at when I was doing ti kwon do as a teenager.
