I lost already 5 kilo. I’m very proud. But the next 5 will be hard work. I hope I will be successful.

Im overweight and I know it, and I want to lose my fat ass and legs and while I’m at it my belly should shrink as well. I feel 10kg is a nice goal to start with and I don’t care much how long it takes as long as I keep working towards it. Ive gotten an unlimited membership to the gym now and I aim to go there every 2 days if possible, or more if I feel like it.
I weighed myself two days ago, and I lost 4 kilos. I am not too satisfied with this result. Anyway, a little progress is better than no progress.

I now exercise like 4 times a week, each time 1.5 hours. This is definitely part of my life already. I have not lost 10 kilo yet. however I am sure that I will not stop at 10 kilo now, I exercise to be healthy.
I started this goal really seriously about 4 months ago, I signed up with a fitness center and went there about three times a week. I also signed up a yoga club and went to yoga classes about 3 times a week too.
After 4 months, I lost about 4 kilo. People start to comment on my new look. I got encouraged.
With my experience of this 4 months, I summarized the following:
1. In order to lose further weight, I need to extend my 30 minutes jogging to 60 minutes
2. Yoga does not work on me, however Pilates works for me very quickly expecially the tummy part.
