try a diva cup

i can’t imagine going back to old ways!
i’m using it whole year now and i can’t imagine my life without it. no trouble, inserting/emptying it = couple of seconds

couple months i misplaced it and couldn’t find it so i was forced to use “old ways” = eeeeeekkkk! grosss!!! painful!!!!

it was good reminder to enjoy even more my diva cup!
and my plants are gratefull, too.

test try was acqward, i admit. i was dissapointed. it was so uncomfortable.
but real use is great, just great. i can’t explain it but something is totally different. main thing is to relax and by that i mean it. really relax. and deal with it very very gently. with zero force.
my first overnight use went OK.
this is amasing product.
and no need for strong detergent for my laundry any more. now i can use phosphate free detergent. yet another good thing for mother earth.
i am just starting to realise how big impact this will have on my quality of life!

but, i was warned in adwance…
it looks reasonably oversized – it makes me feel confident in it.
my SO is puzzled how it works.

so now to wait some more… couple of days… i’m actually looking forward to it! who would tell that?

i especially like the option to put it in advance and avoid everything… total freedom!!

It took me a few tries to get it right but after I did it became very easy. I used to suffer through my period (heavy cramps and bleeding) and now I am much more at peace with it and sometimes forget that I have it.

these are the BEST invention! it’s way more comfortable, eco-friendly, cheap, easy to use, and you never need buy tampons or pads EVER AGAIN!! mooncup.co.uk :D

the benefits of a diva cup are so extensive, there simply isn’t an excuse to not try it..! (unless, of course, you do not menstruate.) i opted out of using tampons years ago, and have never turned back. diva cups are better for the body (they do not contain damaging and dangerous chemicals, such as bleach and freakin’ asbestos, as do many tampons), better for the environment (no waste! a diva cup can easily last over three years), better for your finances (one diva cup costs between $20 to $40, depending on where you buy it, and will last for years – as opposed to tampons, which cost upwards of $10 per month, resulting in at least $120 a year), better to move around in (i can jump, swim and play with complete freedom – no leaks or spilling), better to sleep in (as opposed to tampons which are dangerous to wear for over six hours), and better at holding blood (i only ever have to change my diva cup twice a day through my whole cycle – once in the morning when i wake-up, and once in the evening before i go to bed). i reccomend them to EVERYONE!
