visit every country in Europe

It would make sense to go to Belgium next since it’s only a train ride away but I don’t have that much interest in the country and I’m dreaming of the Scandinavian countries.

I’m working on it! 8 down! – Portugal, Spain, Germany, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Czech Republic and of course the UK.

I’ve not travelled outside of the UK without a school trip or being on my parents’ honeymoon. So therefore my experience is limited. However, I have been to France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Portugal – although the last one was aged 2 years old and on said honeymoon.

As for plans – in October I will be going to a cousin’s wedding in Cyprus, which should be lovely, if not a little too “Mamma Mia!” for my liking, haha.

And hopefully, in the summer, I’m going on a road-trip around Europe with a few friends. We plan to make stops in Vienna, Rome, Barcelona and Prague (amongst other cities of countries which I have already been to), so that should check off a few destinations.

As for the future, who knows what it holds? Maybe I’ll have a moment of madness and jump on a plane to Iceland, maybe not. But I’d like to expand my horizons, per se.

To date I have visited:

Italy, England, France, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary with France being my favorite. I am planning to hit Scandinavia region being next on my list this summer. Anyone have any tips for that region?

Now that I’ve found a list of all the countries this goal is looking considerably difficult. Perhaps some more interrailing is required :)

So far I’ve been lucky enough to visit
England, Wales, France, Cyprus, Greece, Germany, Malta, and Spain. I will be adding Portugal to the list as well, I’m going on holiday there next month. I hope to visit Scotland and the Czech Republic next year and maybe go back to Germany again.
