Finally starting to get around to doing this. For so long I have been talking about it, thinking about it and planning it- yet never actully getting off my bum to loose my excess weight.
As of right this very second, I weigh 98 kilos. Which is overweight, even for someone as tall as I am (5”10, and a naturally big build). i figure 70 kilos is a happy medium. I wont be a health/fitness fanatic (of which I could never be anyways), but i will be HEALTHY! :)
My goals are:I spend half an hour of today at the gym. 20 mins on the tredmill, 10 mins on the bike, then 30 mins to walk home. Its not much, and I would have liked to go further, but I started feeling really faint, and almost as if I was going to vomit… Which was embarrassing to say the least. I read that this is normal for an unfit person, although I hope it doesn’t happen again!
Will return to the gym again on Friday, but until then, i will try and eat as much healthy stuff as I can (while focusing on cutting my meal size down!).
Wish me luck xox
FAT FAT FAT FAT FAT
But I went for a walk/jog today and felt a lot better. Well, not a lot – since I don’t exercise much, whenever I do I am tempted to do so for hours upon hours but uh, that would have killed me. Anyway. A BIT BETTER.
I think it’s more encouraging to take little steps and achieve things along the way than be like, LOSE TEN KILOS (which is my ultimate goal). What I really want to do, on top of just losing the weight though, is help my mum lose weight. If I can be disciplined and stay on track and show improvements, maybe she will be more likely to do so as well.
