when I am facing the computer at 1:33 a.m. Haha! I gotta get up for work later at around 7 a.m, but since I could not go well with very few hours of sleep, I bet I am going to get up at around 8:30a.m. LOL
I have promised myself countless times before to try to sleep earlier, maybe around 11p.m. Obviously, to no avail.
Oh well, I am not giving up with this goal. Haha! Tomorrow, I mean, later, I will do my best to go to bed before 11p.m., so I could be snoozing my dreams off at exactly 11. LOL.

It’s important to sleep early and wake up to a new morning feeling refreshed and awake. I can’t remember the last time I didn’t take a morning for granted. This goal must be completed.

sleep earlier thanks to medication, but getting up earlier became a bit more difficult. But I know (by experience) this drowsiness is only temporary. So I hope I can resume my circadian rhythm in a week or so.

11 months ago
to when my body tells me it is time to go to sleep.
Has been the best thing for me to do!
I am on a better schedule now!
I seem to be getting less headaches!
I hope it lasts.
I have more time during the day now!
I am counting this goal as DONE!
Much easier than I had anticipated!
Let’s hope that I can stick to this schedule!

doing pretty well with this goal!
I guess it helps that I had a specific reason to be up earlier!
But I still have the choice to go back to sleep, which I really haven’t been doing!
Unless I toss & turn all night & need the extra sleep.
A few nights I have stayed up later than I should.
But all in all almost SUCCESS with this goal!
Who knew I was capable of sleeping earlier & waking up earlier?
I didn’t think it was possible.
But now I do!

I went to sleep early!
Yay!
But I woke up in the middle of the night took me a while to fall back to sleep.
I woke up kinda late.
And I still felt groggy all day.
Why do I feel like I need so much sleep?
But still feel tired after sleeping a lot.
