answer a pay phone

i answered one while at school during lunch.

i think it was a drug deal.

lol.

it wasnt for me…haha…go figure

I was walking down town with 2 of my friends, the pay phone was ringing and my friend was like “oooh pick it up” so i thought, why not? and answered – the woman asked if I had been calling her and i explained id’e picked up a payphone and said Bye.
Not a very intresting goal, but definetly worth doing!

I did this walking by one of those red phone booths in London, so that made it EXTRA cool.
The guy on the other end was actually grateful though because he had been calling for awhile thinking the number was for a pub and that they were just busy and not answering.

Not really much at all. Person hung immediately.

We use to ask answer the phone asking them to hold on and then and walk away from the phone.

A lady called asking for John. She didn’t know she was calling a payphone. So I said, “Umm I don’t know if John is here, do you know what he’s wearing or would you like me to yell out is name and see if anyone answers?” Then she said oh where am I calling, and apologized and hung up.

I was at the movies in this really run down old mall that was only good for the movie theatres. The phone rang and I rushed to answer it. It was some kids mom looking for Ryan. We actually found him! My friends and I were talking about it while we were in line for concessions and this kid turns around and is like ”... Hi I’m payphone ryan.” We ended up hanging out a couple of times afterwards, but nothing really came from it.
