How I did it: I basically just dieted. Eating healthy, completely cutting out fast food from my diet. Drinking only water and eating alot of healthy foods such as fruit veggies and salads. I also don't eat red meat, so I went vegetarian for the most part. Anyone can do this if you really put your mind to it! : ) Read how I did it…

My ultimate goal is to weigh 100 by June 19th, but I don’t want to just lose weight, I also want to gain muscle. This will be a difficult goal to achieve, but I will do it!

I’m one shorty, so I KNOW for a fact, It’s healthy. What’s NOT healthy is my current weight =(
I am an 18 year old girl and approximatley 5’3. I have been on my goal to 105 pounds since the beginning of this summer in about mid june. I started at about 120 pounds. I started just eating very healthy and by the end of july I was about 114 to 115 Then by the end of august I was about 110 to 111 pounds. Now, I weigh about 108. By the end of october I definitley am sure I will reach my goal weight of 105, I hope! : /
currently been gaining, now up to 117 at 5’1” from 110 a year ago. Ready to commit to getting back down to 105! I got up to 128 in college and have lost and kept off 10 pounds, now looking to lose the last 12!

My current weight as of now is 116 pounds. Well 110 isn’t too far away.. in total I need to lose 11 more pounds..
I can do this!! I think I should be able to weigh in 105 by 2009.. I’m giving myself more time to do this healthy and so I won’t gain weight quickly.

First let me say I’m 5’1 so this is not an outrageous weight at all. I’m usually between 90-95 pounds naturally, but I tried really hard to get to 100 and then I suddenly got to 108 and now I’m wishing I could just get down to 105 because I’m starting to worry it’s unhealthy.
I’ve had eating disorders in the past, and this is NOT that. I’m 5’1 at the most 5’2 and I really can weigh 105 healthy. My high weight was almost 140. at 5’1, that’s RIDICULOUS. I’m at 120 now, and dieting. At 110 I’m not going to diet anymore, just exercise. I think I can maintain 105 healthy, and it will be the RIGHT weight for me. I’m sick of hanging onto nasty fat, and not taking care of myself. I want to feel good about taking care of myself, not just about how i look.
