... LBC (London’s Biggest Conversation – 97.3FM)!
They cover current topics quite well and often ask for people’s opinions, which makes it even more interesting. However, there’s no music, so it’s perfect for people like me who want to improve their vocabulary. 2 years ago

amayanaGrrr.. Not amused

I’ve neglected this goal (as well…), dear me. I do really need to work on my self-discipline, first. 2 years ago

In the next days and weeks I will devote myself fully to this goal. I have an oral exam in English on 3rd February and I want to be well-prepared! 3 years ago

HelenDIngenious

I managed to get around this one with podcasting! It was the shows on Radio National that I was missing due to uni and laziness, but now it’s not a problem! I get the Law Report, Religion Report, Book Show, Movie Time and The Ark every week, so this one gets crossed off I reckon. Hurrah! 5 years ago

oliviavRadio rocks

Video did indeed kill the radio star. The advantage radio has over tv is huge. We are lucky in the UK to have the BBC and it’s awesome. I am never without something interesting to tune into and I can learn more from my radio than my newspaper while carrying on with my day. 5 years ago

Lady GrayI almost forgot

I used to have a very, very old radio, held together by tape. It was marvellous! So much better than TV. I haven’t had radio in years – almost forgot how nice it was. I’m in love with my computer (plus my room is stacked very full as it is), so I’ll listen online.

I found all the radiostations from the BBC online, so it’ll help improving my English as well.
