I had a surgery and then my dad died which have stolen me a motivation for running goals for a while. Now I am back and still or even more adicted to run

I ran the marine core marathon in 4:09:42. SO I know I can do it. s Basically, all three of my marathon times have been directly related to my weight. So, if I can get below 200 lbs, I should be able to do it
and I am not going this year at all. I was running but not enough long runs. I need to rethink my running goals but definitely I will run as long my feet will do the job.
There is 80 days left to the event, and I have not yet seriously sterted to train long runs. Let’s say that my tactic this year is not to over train :) Wish me luck.
I am not sure how I am doing. I was on holidays for 3 weeks and I was very lazy with all bad habits :)
But I still believe I can manage to complete this goal if I train hard. Before holidays I was running regulary and start to cycle more with my husband, which is great training :) Racing with him on the hills. I am very bad downhill :)
My time was 4:10, which is 20 minutes better then last year. So I might complete this goal next marathon.
And I am resting and hoping that my knee will be in perfect condition. I feel bad due to resting, but I knw this is a must.
I run 4 times to a hill “Tosko celo”. It will make my legs strong and running downhill faster. I really believe that. Hurray.
running in the rain is like kissing in the rain :) unique, fresh and wet.
But I still have some pain, now it is in the hip area. The marathon should be last week and I would be in a peak form. Now I am really getting tired.
