so this Monday and Tuesday (May 13th and 14th), I took my CHL class. Then on Tuesday, I shot a 9mm Beretta, which was pretty awesome as well! It was pretty awesome.
Today, I registered online for my CHL license (like the actual application from the state). On, Tuesday (May 21st) I am going to be getting my fingerprints taken (which is part of the process) then I will be mailing the rest of the application and wait for my license.
So, this was done in an attempt to make me a more well rounded individual. I am not sure what’s next on the plan though.

Massage!
I’ve had massages before, but typically it was for some sort of injury , not just BECAUSE! I always felt that massages are decadent, and certainly not ‘necessary’. Ha! I’ve changed my mind- it was worth it and THEN some!
I’ve booked a longer one for the next time! :) 2 weeks ago

bollywood style dancing. i wasn’t scared to go because i just recently did zumba for the first time and realised it’s not such a big deal after all. the two styles are not so dissimilar.
i had lots of fun today. i liked the music. i knew the instructor from another class i take, and she is friendly. i definitely burned quite a few calories! i’d like to do this class again soon. 1 month ago

i’m so happy i’ve finally done zumba! it really wasn’t nearly as scary as i thought it would be. in fact i loved it! i’m definitely doing this again. in fact, i’ve just booked a class for tomorrow. i’ve just overcome a huge fear and right now i’m feeling pretty good :)
plus i’m almost 3/4 of the way there with this goal. not that i’m going to stop at 100 – this goal is encouraging me to get out there and live life. 1 month ago

i’ve actually been doing this for about 3 months now, but forgot to note it down. i really enjoy it, although i know that some of my friends and family would have something to say about it if i told them i was doing yoga, as it comes from hinduism and i am a christian. i’m in two minds about it still. 2 months ago

i’ve been a closet fan of klezmer music for many years, but have never heard it live. it was fantastic! loved it :) the band was made up clarinet, violin, cello, accordion and santouri. they played a bunch of klezmer and gypsy tunes.
i’m so happy i got to go to this concert, even if it was without my friend k (who is a music teacher and is usually happy to go along to any concert with me). she moved in january and i miss her a lot. 2 months ago

Been to the Botanic Park. I don’t remember ever visited it, and if I have, I must have been very young. It’s a nice place to escape from the noise and stress and enjoy a quite moment of peace, smelling nature and hearing silence. I would go there more often if I lived closer. 3 months ago

okay so, not that this was something I really wanted to do in the “try new things” category, but it totally counts. I attended church today alone. All alone. I sat near a family so I didn’t feel so alone, plus it’s not like I go to church to socialize, so it wasn’t that bad. However…. I really would rather not do this again (if I can help it)

This year is going to be a year of 1st for me. I doubt I will complete a whole 100 things but… I will get a good chunk of this done I am sure. I am not sure what kinds of things, but there will be things nonetheless. I need to look at other’s updates to see what I might do (for inspiration)
POSSIBLE IDEAS:
1. Shoot a gun
2. Visit places I have never been
3. Ride a motorcycle (like be the driver)
4. Attempt different types of art (Modpodge) 4 months ago
