My weight has been fluctuating a bit recently due to female issues, but the lowest it has been was 120.6lbs!! Only about half a pound to go!! It was a little more this morning, but I do contribute that to water retention. I really hope to achieve this goal very very soon!
My weight today was 121.4! I attribute this rapid weight loss to the hectic schedule I have had this week. I haven’t been eating enough. I need to really exercise and build some muscle.
I have been trying to eat a lot less, and exercising everyday (including toning), and drinking lots of water. I have seem some progress! My lowest weight this week was 123.6lbs, so only 3.6 pounds to go! Next update next week.
To reach this goal of 120lbs, I need to lose 5lbs. I have no idea how long it will take me. I have not (yet) been able to achieve that 1-2lbs/week weight loss I read about.
My methods for achieving this goal are to:
1. Do some kind of exercise everyday like cardio at the gym, and weight lifting
2. Cutting out gluten-products (flour-based products, essentially)
3. Drinking lots and lots of water
4. Eat less in general
I want to come back to this goal once a week and see where I am.
It’s my ideal weight that i’d love to reach, just taking control of my weight makes me so much happier and I know that 120lbs would make me feel right. I’m giving myself a month which is more than enough time. 129lbs now, want to be 119.
