Rainbowshappen see that girl, watch that scene, diggin' the dancing queen...
...I might deal with Sindarin later. I just decided to go under this goal because there are about twice as many people here as under ‘Learn Quenya’.
There’s a very good course I downloaded from the Ardalambion site, which contains enough grammar to be going on with. Here, maybe some others will find it useful if you haven’t already:

Vocabulary seems to be an issue…there’s a limit to what you can glean from the books. Frustratingly, as that site mentions, Tokkien’s Qenya Lexicon (his wordlist of early Quenya, hence the spelling, which contains over 3000 words) is only available via issue 12 of the journal Parma Eldalamberon...which, most of the time, seems to be out of print. Some of those early words wouldn’t work in later Quenya, admittedly, but apparently some of them follow the later rules and are valid and used as such. Would be nice if Christopher Tolkien gave permission for it to be published in some other form so the rest of us can get our hands on it…
But for now, alwa ar harya alasse to the rest of you engaged on this. Quetuvanyel rato.

Turns out mcdonalds wont’ even hire you if you put elvish on your resume…
Q. Are you bi-linguil?
A. Yes, I am highly fluent in speaking Elvish.
It doesn’t go over well, I plan on learning a language that can actually help me in life, and be more fun.. like Spanish.. or for my religious purposes Araimic, Hebrew, Latin, and Greek.. which I have to learn all of anyway..
I don’t think any hobbits and elves are going to be chilling at my crib anyway, but if they do they better bring me some of whatever they were drinking before they were dancing on that table.

Not only don’t I have the time for it, I just don’t want to any more. It doesn’t mean anything to me. I’m not supposed to learn Elvish anyway, Elves are smarter so they’ll learn Human.

I’ve done this, but I refer to speaking Elvish as ‘talking like Elvis’ :D
