I need to do this in the evening. I also want to floss and use mouthwash twice a day. If I do this everyday for 3 months, then I have achieved this goal.

I am such a fool for thinking I don’t need to brush my teeth.
Not that there is a problem with them, it’s just one of the better things to have fresh breath.
Oh is this hard. Now I have to do this plus use a nightguard to prevent grinding at night. I have noticed I will nibble something late at night, meaning to brush but fall asleep. Then dreams bring on more biting, I wake up in the middle of the night and run to the bathroom to brush and put in the nightguard. But then it is harder to get back to sleep.
Since bought the elec toothbrush last Monday, I haven’t missed a single time to brush teeth at night. Seems it’s becoming a habit.

You know I’ve tried this dozens of times before but never kept it more than a week. not bad done!

and have only missed once so to me that is going fairly, good, if i stop oll readd it but for now this is accomplished
I do not know why this is so hard. I wait until I’m sleepy and then if I wake up and go and brush, I’m wide awake. One way is to do it before I get sleepy, but then if I snack on something else before bed another session with the brush would be needed.
