Comic Book Drawing — 1 month ago
I can draw.
I’d like to someday, bring to fruition my idea for a comic book. I’d like to get the story I wrote made into a hard copy comic book. Even if I never sell it, and probably won’t, I’d still like to make it.
Worth doing!
I do this in class when bored. There was this one that I drew about Captain Underpants having trouble with the law. I gave it to this kid named Amjad (who’s pretty much the only person who still likes Captain Underpants). Once he read, he just started keeling over on the floor, laughing his ass off. His face was all red!
Worth doing!
You’ll open a folder some day and see it and go “Oh yeah! I remember when I did this!” It may be cheesy, corny, extremely well done or beautiful, and even if you never publish it or you’re ashamed or too shy to show it to anyone, it’s yours. I still have mine and I read it sometimes (the writing is much better than the art and that’s not saying much LMAO!) and i think, “No one else has ever written anything like this, it’s mine and I love it!” (Although James O’Barr did use the same character name as one of my characters purely by coincidince!)
