Got up at half five today.. and although I was getting ready for work, i technically did get to see the sun come up :). Was great to be able to get ready without being rushed.

Ok. regardless of what nocturnal flatties are up to i will be ready and snuggled up in bed by 9:30pm tonight, i promise myself
ajje has moved the early to bed goal up her priorities list; sleep matters!
I will be starting a new job in February and will have to continue sleeping 8 solid hours whilst getting up earlier. I think I should try going to bed at 11 pm at the latest in order to get my biorhythm back in order- have had a couple of weeks off and immediately reverted to my “natural” rhythm which means that I am up until 2 am doing all kinds of stuff when I should be getting to bed…
kochhas is going to church for the third sunday in a row!
I’m turning in now. it’s 10 to 9 pm and I plan to do a little reading, should be closing my eyes no later than 10 pm and get up no later than 7 am.
