I already have a butterfly in my batch of photos.

lovely isn’t it? I’m contemplating having Mark do this with me :-) After all, I already had him switch his avatar to a flower before!

My avatar was taken from here – a small section of a 1950’s silk kimono that has butterflies all over it.

this is my favorite pic of butterfly!

The above picture is of a Monarch butterfly that I raised in one of my Science classes in college. I think that raising butterflies is one of the funnest experiments to do with children.

Has anyone read the children’s book The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle? It’s a very cute story!
