This should be easy because I love vegetables but some days I feel like there’s too much to do to stop and cook.There’s salad leaves growing in a planter outside the kitchen door,so even if I just add a few leaves to my sandwich at lunchtime I’ve done it….there’s no excuse!

badmilk has inexplicably strong fingernails, and weak everything else
...and to be honest, it’s not something I find hard to do, ehm, being a vegetarian and all. However, I want to start this up again-maybe because I’m currently munching on some broccoli and peppers-and make sure that I keep with it. It’ll be a fun thing to keep track of. And really, it doesn’t even have to be something incredibly healthy every day, just the vast majority of them.
Note: I’ll include tea in this goal because I technically do consume the tea leaves themselves.
