that really all I ever do any more is just work and not work. During the times of not work I sometimes get out the bar (ok, granted, lately it’s been more than just sometimes, but ‘the bar’ isn’t realy what I’ve got in mind here…) but other than that, I don’t do anything.

I was thinking about it earlier, and I haven’t been fishing in years. I love fishing. Absolutely love it. And it has literally been about 3 years since I last cast a line. I drive by like six different lakes every day, and still, nothing. Hell, I lived on a lake for a year and didn’t cast a single line the whole time I was there!

Bonfires. I didn’t make it out to a single one this year. Not one. Bonfires are great. You just sit around with your friends hangin out. (actually, now that I think about it we did have a fire the night of Johnny’s visitaion, but come on, does that count?

Cedar Point. Haven’t been in years and years. In fact, the last time I went was before I met my wife. Thats been about 6 years.

Camping. Not since I was a kid. Literally, I was like 10 the last time I went. There are camp grounds all over the place, but I never seem to make it to one.

There’s more stuff that I could put on here, but I think you get the point. I need to break this cycle of work and not work. I need to actually live, at least just a little bit. And I haven’t been. I have just been existing, and God Damnit, after this year, I need to live a little. Just sayin…
