I did one online, I’m 24.something so I guess I can mark this done
How I did it: Lipotrim Total Food Replacement diet. It is a liquid diet that I have been on now for 12 weeks. I started with a BMI of 33.3 and now have a BMI of 24.9. I've lost a total of 48.7lb and I'm still going! I'm aiming for a BMI of about 20 so I have a buffer zone.
Lessons & tips: I learnt that I do NOT need to snack throughout the day.

I’ve still got another 6 or 7 pounds to go and it’s killing me!! I just want to be ‘normal’ or ‘healthy’ instead of ‘overweight’. :( I already battled out of ‘obese’ thank goodness but to be normal… le sigh

It seems to be like that right now… I just need some motivation to go on with dieting and doing some sports to lose weight. I’m currently just too lazy to eat healthy during the weekends and even lazier to do any kind of sport… A little bit of motivation could do it! :)
Just need to lose 6 more kg, which isn’t more than 13lb… :)
