(What is RSS?)2 years ago I was at my prime, very energetic, slim and toned. Im only 3kg’s heavier now but I have noticed my a little tyre creeping in around my waist. Got my companies xmas party in just over a month and would love to wear a nice shirt tucked into my trousers, without these buldgings round the sides.
its my mates wedding in 4 weeks and my friends daughters christening the week after so i’m determine to lose 7 pounds in 4 weeks to look good in the photos.
i’m 12 stone 3lb today, i need to average 2 pounds a week. i’m going to train hard and watch what i eat.
