Just into season 4 now, slow going, but it’s not just for the entertainment, its also for the achievement.
I thought Thirdspace was pretty good, anyone have any thoughts on it?
How to watch all of babylon 5

How I did it:
- It took me about a year watching it on and off, but it's finally done
- The first Babylon 5 I ever saw was A Call to Arms, which was a couple of years back, and I loved it, but it took me a while to get around to the series.
- I finally started watching season 1 about a year ago and have been watching it on and off since then. There is a lot to watch. It's not the best sci-fi series out there, although I haven't seen many, for example Firefly is better but scale and epicness of babylon 5 is great.
- Its a shame how the crusade ends, and the firing system in Legend of the Raiders is ridiculous but overall all of it was worth the time spent. Have to love Citizen G'Kar, best character there is! Also Vir Cotto is great.
- It's not the destination that matters rather the journey, I didn't feel much emotion when they destroyed the station becasue I wasn't emotionally already ended before thenconnected anymore, the story lines had pretty much tied themselves up, it was the ups and downs of the wars that were the real essence of the story.
- I guess I'll have to move on to Farscape now.

I’m on my way, season 3 episode 11, its really good so far. Started watching it becasue my ex gf wanted to watch it but we only got through 2 season together. I’m really starting to become a fan of the Narns.

We won’t get the first disk of Season 4 until probably Friday, so I probably won’t view it until Saturday. Will I survive?

At this point we’re up to the middle of the third season, having seen it up to Severed Dreams.
As the story has progressed, my husband has remarked on how prophetic the series has felt. When President Santiago’s spacecraft was destroyed, the reaction of the people on Babylon 5 felt like the reaction of people here when the World Trade Center went down. I am reading on the Lurker’s Guide how apparently some people believed that the US would not turn to fascism the way Earth has in the series, and I wonder how they could be so naive. Apparently people thought that because USians have guns, they wouldn’t put up with martial law. But as we can see in our own slow slide into fascism, it’s the people who own the guns who might be the staunchest supporters of the law and order that a fascist government would provide.

When Babylon 5 first was shown, I heard great things about it, but it seemed like I couldn’t jump in to the middle of it, so I figured I’d just see it some other time. Now that the whole shebang is on DVD, I have the opportunity to see it courtesy of Netflix.
Dang is it good! I’ve enjoyed it so much so far. Excellent aliens, compelling story line, character development, cool FX – it has it all.
Meanwhile, it’s hard to believe it was made 10 years ago, in that many of the things it illustrates about the Earth Alliance seem to be happening in this decade, not the previous one.

Got the DVDs from Netflix. Watched all 5 seasons in a few months. Awesome.
