How I did it: Well i'm not done with the whole hypothyroidism issue AT ALL, but increasing my dose of hormones has tremendously improved my sleep.

I take 1/3 of my dosage when going to bed, and the rest when waking up.

And my noisy neighbors have moved. The new ones are noisy too, but we seem to have more compatible sleep patterns. :)

    Good news is I have a new shrink and she seems fine.

    Bad news is: cant sleep anymore bc of those friggin pills. It’s just bc i’m startinga again and i need to adjust. But, gaAAh!!
