How I did it: Well i'm not done with the whole hypothyroidism issue AT ALL, but increasing my dose of hormones has tremendously improved my sleep.
I take 1/3 of my dosage when going to bed, and the rest when waking up.
And my noisy neighbors have moved. The new ones are noisy too, but we seem to have more compatible sleep patterns. :) Read how I did it… 4 years ago
