in english, i dread the days when we have to read shakespeare,
whether its julius caesar, a midsummer nights dream, taming the shrew or romeo and juliet, i have a hard time comprehending his yoda like sentence formations and strange Elizabethan terminology.
How to understand shakespear.
"HELLZ YE-AH! Omg, understanding that crazy lingo is wicked cool. Love. Oh shit, this is four sentances so far. Far-outeth!"
How I did it: Read the shit, and read it ALOT. Then pay attention in english class. Then read it some more. Then ask for help. Then fuigure out meaning. Then read it again. By now you should be feeling hungry. Go eat. Read while you eat. Does this answer the question?
Lessons & tips: Talk to your english teacher - they have been through this mind buggle before. Consult like an oracle.
Resources: Hmm, some shakespeare?...
